[moin-user] Recent Changes Issue

Hello,
It has been brought to my attention that the Recent Changes Tab is displaying the “Create New Page” link and not the Recent Changes.  The Admin that normally handles moin is out and I have very little exposure to the nuts and bolts of it. I don’t see any errors in the http logs, and I didn’t find anything relevant with google, so if you could point me to a possible solution or proper debugging I’d appreciate it.
