[moin-user] Cache error on some users editing pages

You could try "cleancache" command (search the docs for it) and also 
check for permission issues in the filesystem.

Also, Python 2.6 looks very outdated, for moin you should use 2.7.x 
since some years.

Also there are more recent moin versions with fixes (including security 
fixes), see download page.
