[Ncr-Python.in] Python group meetups

We can narrow down to our dates by having one or two tentative dates. And, then let then people express their views on them. In the end, which ever date seems more viable to large number of people should be finalised.

If we fix an exact date/time, we can ask Prof. Lynn at
JNU for meeting space. This will almost certainly be
available, so that the more important task is to fix a
date/time, and agenda.
