[PyDelhi] Lets meetup on 4th of July 2015

@Anuvrat: Updated the name in places where possible.

Also just to be clear everyone the form sent out is for workshop
headcount not the meetup headcount.

The plan for the day is like this:
1.) 1-2 hours workshop.
2.) 15-20 mins break
3.) 2 hours Meetup with talks and general discussion.
4.) Snacks and Misc.

Workshop is for only those people who want to learn the topic and help
out as volunteers.
