Evelyn got some information from them.  They take cash or credit card on
the bus and the bus leaves around 45 minutes after flights arrive.  You can
catch the bus outside the main exit, and there is a FLYBUS sales office by
the exit.

For the return trip, they ask that you book the return trip at hotel
reception the night before leaving.
