[Neuroimaging] Nibabel developer hangout early

Hi,

It seems to be time for another nibabel developer hangout.

We need to discuss:

* the `as_float` keyword to the `get_data()` method;
* using the `load` function or a new `load_multi` function to load
file formats that can have more than one image in the same file;
* whether to standardize to having time / volume as the fourth axis on
all image formats (not currently the case for MINC);
* (related) plan for adding names / labels for image axes;
* BrainVoyager format support : https://github.com/nipy/nibabel/pull/216

I'll put up some text on the wiki today, and send the links for y'all
to read if you are interested.
