[Neuroimaging] [dipy]Numpy on py2.6-32 bot

Does anyone know what version of numpy is running on this buildbot?

We are planning to drop support for numpy<1.7 with the upcoming release
(unless someone tells me that's crazy) and I suspect that these failures
could be because this bot hasn't gotten the memo.
