Dear all,
I'm very proud to announce the next release of Nipype - 0.11. This release
brings many improvements in support of FSL, SPM (especially SPM12), AFNI,
ANTs, and MRTrix (especially MRTrix3). Among new features we introduced support
for JSON <https://github.com/nipy/nipype/pull/1047>, more efficient execution
on SLURM clusters <https://github.com/nipy/nipype/pull/1136>, and a new
tool - nipype_cmd <http://nipy.org/nipype/users/nipypecmd.html> - that
allows you to run any Nipype interfaces on the command line. The last
feature will be especially useful when trying to run Python or SPM based
algorithms from command line or in Bash scripts. Full list of changes is
available here <http://nipy.org/nipype/changes.html>.

Nipype can be installed from PyPi by typing:

pip install -U nipype

or

easy_install -U nipype

It should be also available in NeuroDebian soon.

On behalf of all of the contributors
<https://github.com/nipy/nipype/graphs/contributors>,
Chris Gorgolewski
