[Neuroimaging] Contribute to cortical surface parcellation

Good morning, 
I am sending you this email to ask if it is possible to include my code that uses the probabilistic tractography results to parcellate the cortical surface using different metrics. 
my code now uses the results of FSL probailistic tractography (.nii.gz images).
