[Neuroimaging] Contribute to cortical surface parcellation

Hi Brahim,

Is the code already publicly available (e.g. on Github)? I think that we
can include projects that our in line with our code of conduct (
http://nipy.org/conduct.html) in the nipy.org list of projects (on the
front page of nipy.org).
