[Neuroimaging] Number of voxels in mask showing connectivity

Dear experts

how can I do my analysis in Probtrackx using a small (2mm radius) ROI and a
cortical mask


*to obtain the number of voxels in the cortical mask that are connected to
the small ROI? Like in this figure (attached)*
