[Neuroimaging] [PySurfer] Transparency control through brain.add_overlay

Dear experts,

To my understanding, to load multiple maps on the surface, one has to use
brain.add_overlay(), which do not allow transparency control. That's kind
of awkward for those overlapping regions between the multiple maps. Can the
author consider fixing that in the next version?
