[Neuroimaging] NIFTI to DIcom

I'm a newbie but as I understood it is necessary to rotate the gradient
vectors after motion correction.
However, as I heard from Jesper Andersson, using the rotated vectors in new
FSL/Eddy (eddy_openmp) doesn't make a big difference (something around
0.1%).

I hope the other experienced users comment on this.
