[Neuroimaging] 3D to 2D projective transformation

Dear all,
I had previously posted this question on scikit-image and I was advised to
post it in this forum. Could any one help me with a problem that involves
finding registration parameters between a 3D volume data and a 2D
perspective projection? The 3D data is a z-stack of light microscopy images
and  the 2D data is from scanning electron microscopy. I can provide more
details if needed. Thank you in advance
