[Neuroimaging] nibabel issues

Hi Nibabel experts,


Hope you are doing great this week.


I am using the Nibabel package and met a problem. Specifically, when I run

img = nib.load('data/N54917_nii4D_RAS.nii') today I got the warning

pixdim[0] (qfac) should be 1 (default) or -1; setting qfac to 1
INFO:nibabel.global:pixdim[0] (qfac) should be 1 (default) or -1; setting qfac to 1


But I don't have the warning yesterday with the same code and same file.

Do you have any idea what happened and will this have effect on the results?
