[Neuroimaging] Open Knowledge International is Providing Grants to Use Their Frictionless Data Standard in Tooling

The Frictionless Data standard <https://frictionlessdata.io/specs/> seems
to be confined to encapsulating tabular/CSV data, but if anyone knows of
any neuro / psych projects that would benefit from additional funding and
use either of these formats, more details can be found in the post below:
