[Neuroimaging] Reading mgz files in NiBabel 2.3.0

I must have been very confused when I wrote that, sorry. Of course, the question doesn't make much sense as the nibabel function gets the file handle only. One should just gzip.open() in case the file name end with 'mgz' I guess. Sorry for the noise.
