[Neuroimaging] Cerebellum and Brainstem Removal

Hi,
I am trying to accomplish cerebellum and brainstem removal from my image dataset in python. Unfortunately, I am not able to find any concrete information about cerebellum removal procedure. Can anyone suggest me some tool or procedure to accomplish the stated task. Thanks in anticipation
