[Neuroimaging] parrec2nii error

Hi,

I am trying to convert data using parrec2nii and I keep getting the following error:


File "/usr/local/bin/parrec2nii", line 5, in <module>

    from nibabel.parrec2nii_cmd import main

ImportError: No module named nibabel.parrec2nii_cmd

I confirmed that nibabel was installed and that the parrec2nii scripts are in the cmdline folder in the nibabel package.

Could you please let me know how to solve this?
