[Neuroimaging] pydicom Roadmap Request for Feedback

Hi all,

pydicom <https://github.com/pydicom/pydicom/> has recently opened a
discussion thread <https://github.com/pydicom/pydicom/discussions/1759> to
gain some feedback and help formulate a roadmap for future development.
DICOM files are difficult to work with, but they are a fundamental part of
neuroimaging research and will continue to be in the foreseeable future. I
think this is a good opportunity to communicate our needs, propose ideas
for improvement, and/or just say thanks and share with the maintainers how
pydicom helped you in your research.
