extern PyObject *BufferTooShort;
extern PyTypeObject SemLockType;
extern PyTypeObject ConnectionType;
extern PyTypeObject PipeConnectionType;
extern HANDLE sigint_event;

Additionally, win32_functions.c exposes Win32Type and

semaphore.c has sem_timedwait_save.

multiprocessing.c has ProcessError.
