Passes two "fail" cases:
fail1.json "A JSON payload should be an object or array, not a string."
fail18.json [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[["Too deep"]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]
All other cases pass or fail as indicated.
