Hirokazu Yamamoto report at bugs.python.org

New submission from Hirokazu Yamamoto <ocean-city at m2.ccsnet.ne.jp>:

Hello. I found several codes using PyMem_Free to free
allocated memory via PyUnicode_AsWideCharString.
In PyUnicode_AsWideCharString, memory is allocated
with PyMem_MALLOC. Is it OK to use PyMem_Free
not PyMem_FREE? Thank you.
