like that:

>>> name = "Document[Ver.2].doc"
>>> pattern = "*\[Ver.2\]*"
>>> fnmatch.fnmatch(name, pattern)
True

that's also fix glob module:
>>> pattern = "ipconfig /\?"
>>> glob.glob(pattern)
"ipconfig /?"
