[New-bugs-announce] [issue30667] IDLE: revise doc subsections 'Completions'

The current subsection omits Expand Word and seems not as clear as it could be.  Completions rely on source information.  Three possible sources are the text, Shell globals, and filesystem.  Open latter two by tab, shortcut, or (in special circumstance) wait.
