The problem: In both the IDLE shell and the editor,  'File > Save As' seems not to allow creation of a new folder.  

My system: 
IDLE v3.8.10 (64 bit)
Python 3.8.10 Tk version 8.6.10
Linus Mint  20.2 Uma (64 bit), which is based on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa)
