When trying to build the 16.0 release on the Mac I found that I had 
to modify fftpackmodule.c so that line 3 was

#include "arrayobject.h"

instead of

#include "Numeric/arrayobject.h"

What was the reason for the Numeric in the first place? It seems that 
arrayobject.h is now in the Include directory anyway.
