[Numpy-discussion] Tagging the CVS repository

I'd like to request that the CVS repository be tagged when a
distribution is made. I'm building the MacPython 2.1 distribution
(which includes numeric) and I was forced to include Numeric 20.0.0b2,
because there wasn't a tag that allowed me to check out 19.0 or
another stable release...
