[Numpy-discussion] Missing mail

Can anyone find the missing mail from the thread below?  I have
Chris's original question and his thanks for the reply, but not
Perry's reply.  I can't seem to conjure up the right incantations to
get Google to find it, and I am also quite interested in the answer.

Could someone forward me Perry's email or point me to somewhere that
it's archived, please and thank you?
