[Numpy-discussion] numpy-1.0b3 under windows

In compiling matplotlib and scipy, I get errors complaining about  
multiply defined symbols (See below).  I tried to fix this with - 
multiply_defined suppress but this did not work.  Is there a way to  
make this go away?
