[Numpy-discussion] NumPy Glossary: a request for review

I updated the "broadcasting" entry. I don't think examples belong to a
glossary. I think a glossary should be more like a quick reference
rather than a tutorial.  Unfortunately the broadcasting is one of
those concepts that will never be clear without examples.
