I've just updated to svn r2006.  Regular build works fine, but

$ CFLAGS=-DPY_ARRAY_TYPES_PREFIX=PyArray_NS_ python setup.py build

produced the attached log.  Note that I am not compiling any
extention, just regular numpy.
