[Numpy-discussion] Compiler warnings

Seems like the setup script currently suppresses quite a lot of 
warnings, not only in MSVC. I created a ticket (#113) with a patch that 
fixes many of the warnings under Visual C. Maybe someone else could have 
a look at the remaining ones.

@Albert: Do you still have a linking problem with the math functions? I 
haven't seen such a warning...
