[Numpy-discussion] svn down

Hi all,

The svn server seems to be down, I am getting error messages from the
buildbots:

svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/numpy/trunk'
svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/numpy/trunk': could not connect to server
(http://scipy.org)
program finished with exit code 1

It might be reasonable to check this case before sending posts.
