[Numpy-discussion] 1.2.0rc2 tagged! --PLEASE TEST--

Hey,

I would like to release 1.2.0 final soon, but I need to know whether
anyone is having any problems with the rc2 binaries.  Please test them
and let me know whether or not you have any problems with them.
