I think this is an essential requirement for numpy. I am prepared to attempt
to try to help as I now have a 64-bit windows system I can use. Just that I
do not like the windows environment for programming one bit. So I would
appreciate any pointers to get the necessary functional system for 64-bit
windows.

Probably the other item I would suggest is resolving the Matrix issues and
having the best solution implemented.
