+1. On another side note, I think the include files npy_cpu.h and
npy_endian.h should be combined in the npy_cpu.h file. As is, first you
modify one, then you gotta go modify the other, it's a subdivision too far.
I don't recall if these files are part of the c-api, but if so I would like
to do it before the release.
