There is not enough memory to hold the array.

In [3]: prod = 1

In [4]: for i in (3,3,3,3,3,3,10,4,6,2,18,10,11,4,2,2) :
   ...:     prod *= i
   ...:

In [5]: prod
Out[5]: 11085465600L

That is 11 gigs of floats, each of which is 8 bytes. So you need about 88
gigs for the array. I expect that that is not what you are trying to do. Do
you just want an array with the listed values?
