Try np.concatenate:

In [9]: a = np.arange(10)

In [10]: b = np.arange(10,20)

In [11]: np.concatenate(l)
Out[11]:
array([ 0,  1,  2,  3,  4,  5,  6,  7,  8,  9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 
16, 17, 18, 19])
