Which version of the trunk are you using ? From the error, it looks
like a C99-style // comment (which should not be there), but I don't
see it in the last revision.

Could you put the content of the file
build/src.cygwin-1.5.25-i686-2.5/numpy/core/src/npy_math.c as well ?
