Hi again, I found your numpy/core/src/py3k_notes.txt file. I left the PY3K.txt I made in there for now, so its easy for people to find... but will use the other file for more specific information like is in there now. Or I can move the information across from PY3K.txt into py3k_notes.txt if you prefer.
