[Numpy-discussion] 1.6.0b1 installs stuff in /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/doc

Okay, makes sense. For now I'll just delete those lines from setup.py
then and open a ticket. Will try to find some time later to add this
for the binary installers for Windows and OS X. People who do a source
install will just have to grab those files from a tarball then.
