Python 3.1+ support occurred with numpy 1.5 that was released last
year (2010-08-31)  - 1.5.1 is the current release. scipy 0.9 due very
soon (release candidates are available at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/scipy/) also supports Python 3 except
for weave module.
