Yes you can. The naming scheme corresponds to the one used by Python itself
on python.org. For 2.6 the ..macosx10.3.dmg works for all supported versions
of OS X. For 2.7 you have the choice of 2 versions if you are on 10.6,
depending on whether or not you want 32-bit or 64-bit.
