[Numpy-discussion] compiling and linking MKL with numpy/scipy

it was in the order when linking mkl libs:
everything above is ok, with
mkl_libs = mkl_def, mkl_intel_lp64 , mkl_intel_thread, mkl_core, mkl_mc
