a couple tiny notes:

1) In the first section, the phrases "Create a ..." and "Declare a..." are
both used -- I suggest that "create" is better than "declare" -- you never
declare things in Python -- but in any case, consistent terminology is best.

2) What? I don't get "master" lever for using stride_tricks? ;-)
