[omaha] Scribbler 2 Robot -on loan

I announced at the meeting that if anyone in the group wanted to borrow the
S2 and Fluke to let me know.  Rob Townley was the first to ask, so he'll
have it until we meet next time (January).

If you would like to borrow it just email and I'll get you on the list.
