[oscon] OSCON 2013 booth? (deadline 4/19)

OSCON (O'Reilly Open Source Conference) will be held in Portland, OR July
22-26.  This year we're celebrating the fifteenth anniversary.
Unfortunately, I can't go, but it would be good if we had a booth there:
