Another interesting difference.  My work is entirely virtual (except for the
occasional sprint) so there's less opportunity to shoulder surf.  It makes you
very efficient in your own use of tools but more idiosyncratic.

I'm eager for experimentation, but let's do keep in mind that different
workflows exist for a reason.  Let's strive not to disenfranchises a
significant portion our community due to tool choice.
