Hmm, I thought the same, but the DONT_HAVE_SYS_TYPES_H stuff is all
over the place already, so I thought I'd just hook onto that.

It may be design by Guido (the DONT_HAVE constructs seem to be used
for things which are usually available on unix, such as errno.h and
sys/types.h) and it could be historical reasons. How about admitting
this patch and putting a note in the bugs database that the
DONT_HAVE's should be replaced by HAVE's at some point?
